And, of course, to be themselves.We are looking for Associate Data Scientist.Position Overview:In this role, as the Product Data Scientist, you will support the Product organization to take data-driven decisions. You will work on complex and never before explored problems delivering insight on unique and interesting datasets. This role is a hands-on delivery-oriented role with a healthy mix of leading a team while owning one of the key delivery workstreams.Responsibilities:Technical hands-on delivery on measuring product performance through the product development cycle i.e. design experiments to test the hypothesis, define success metrics of features, define the data points needed capturing to facilitate accurate measurement.Apply technical data skills (data science, statistics, coding/scripting) to produce strategic as well as tactical insights that will aid product strategy, discovery, and planning.Work in partnership with product managers, applied scientists, engineers, and product improvement teams to define, measure, and communicate product metrics.Ensure alignment in analytical delivery between Product, R&D and BI Team.Help and educate a diverse group of data users to utilize Onfido's tools and data assets.Requirements:Last year of a Master's degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, Economics, etc.).Fluency with Data Science standard technologies such as SQL, Python and different BI tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau etc.).Be a self-starter who takes the initiative in spotting opportunities and finding ways to solve business problems using data.Demonstrable technical experience using analytical tools, statistics, and data science techniques to build experiments, test hypotheses and conduct analysis.Ability to be creative and think outside the box.Experience in working with technology and product development teams.Good understanding of Agile methodologies.Experience in using big data & cloud technologies.SaaS and Product analytics background, understanding how to devise metrics and KPIs in a SaaS environment.About EntrustEntrust is an innovative leader in identity-centric security solutions, providing an integrated platform of scalable, AI-enabled security offerings.
