Key job responsibilities: You will be responsible for day-to-day Prime Video Compliance Trust & Safety Operations through content moderation, classification and data labelling activities.Work cross-functionally to review content to ensure it adheres to established content guidelines.Review Prime Video content, often of a graphic nature, and enforce policy decisions related to content.Handle and review sensitive material to protect the platform and keep users safe.Gather, analyze, and utilize relevant data to develop ways to improve the overall Prime Video user experience.Research and stay up-to-date on key trends and suspicious patterns across policy areas, along with participating in content calibrations.
This role involves reading, viewing, listening to and examining content to ensure it complies with guidelines.
This may include viewing content that is non-compliant and could contain challenging or upsetting scenes.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.Experience in data-driven business operations process experience.Proficiency in English and either Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in content policy, anti-abuse, and reviewing online content.Experience identifying abuse trends or working in news or policy with passion for international issues, including freedom of expression, online controversial content, misinformation etc.Experience working with global teams.
