Join the Operational Finance Performance team where we are enhancing our digital reporting suite, aiming to simplify the processing of data, digitalize the reporting and make it more interactive and dynamic.
This role is a chance to get familiar with financial and non-financial performance indicators and develop best practices to share with other teams and locations.
Your role As an Associate Business Analyst, your main responsibilities will involve: Building, amending and simplifying our ETL process to improve speed and usage across processes.
Working on diverse and interesting cross-country and Global projects.
Creating digital reports and dashboards in PowerBI and other visualization tools meeting the requirements of our Global stakeholders.
Identifying and building further automation opportunities and improving data management processes.
Supporting other teams and areas with enhancing existing processes and sharing best practices.
Creating and updating our process maps and documentation.
Testing and trialing new technology solutions that can further improve our digital transformation.
Your Skills and Experience As an Associate Business Analyst, your skills and qualifications will ideally include: 0-2 years of prior experience working in a financial services environment desirable.
Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint experience, with any knowledge about PowerApps/Power BI development being a great help.
Ability to work on big data sets.
Any coding knowledge in R/Python/SQL would be a positive.
Ability to work effectively in a global organization, under time pressure and to manage time and priorities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Further languages preferred.
University level education or equivalent.
