If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there.Why eDreams ODIGEOJoin the world's leading travel subscription platform and one of the largest e-commerce businesses in Europe.20 million customers – 44 markets – 5 brands – 5.4M members in Prime16.2 million bookings FY23 – More than 50,000 bookings per day – 100 million daily user searches1400 employees – More than 50 different nationalities – 99% permanent contracts – 36.3 average ageWe're a leading travel tech company, revolutionising the travel booking experience through our consumer insight, innovative technology, market leadership, and Prime, the world's first travel subscription program.What you will do:Identify opportunities for improvement for our Accommodation products through structuring, analysing and interpreting data and performance:Carry out numerical analysis to identify changes and drivers that affect the performance of the business.Liaise with Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, and other analytics teams to identify, maintain and validate different sources of information.Develop automated data extraction tools and maintain dashboards for effective monitoring and reporting.Provide precise data, insights, analysis, and forecasts to decision-makers and stakeholders.Identify opportunities for growth, and use data to deliver actionable insights that can help stakeholders to drive impactful decisions.Clearly communicate results, findings, analysis and proposed actions in a concise and accurate manner in various formats in order to facilitate decision-making; Identify advancedtools, models and methodologies that have the potential to enhance our analytics toolkit.What you need to succeed:Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or a related field.Minimum 1 year of experience working with SQL and BI/visualisation tools (such as Looker Studio, Microstrategy, Tableau, or PowerBI).Fluency in data manipulation and managing large datasets from diverse sources.Strong analytical mindset, enabling quick extraction of insights from data and provision of effective solutions.Curiosity: Demonstrated enthusiasm for exploring data, uncovering insights, and consistently seeking innovative analytical solutions.Clearly communicating findings and results in English (the day-to-day working language) to both technical and non-technical audiences.Business sense: Knowledgeable about recognizing the broader context and objectives behind numerical data.Organised self-starter: Methodical and detail-oriented, with a focus on producing results
