Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for motivated technologists who possess a unique balance of technical depth, business knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. You will partner with customers and several AWS teams to craft highly scalable, flexible, and resilient cloud architectures that address customer business problems. As a trusted customer advocate, you will help organizations understand best practices around cloud-based solutions, and how to migrate existing workloads to the cloud.

Our team members work with enterprise customers locally, regionally, domestically, and internationally. As such, this role has up to 100% travel associated. This role will be expected to work from customer sites throughout Korea.
Key job responsibilitiesAs an Associate Application Developer, you will receive instruction and on-the-job training on a range of AWS services and solutions to be an expert in cloud-based infrastructure and networking. You are expected to work on building Cloud Native server applications, microservices, asynchronous messaging architecture and grow into application architect and implementation expert. As Associate Application Developer, you will be providing architectural guides for the maximum cost and performance efficiency, or business agility and build PoCs to validate the concepts.
A day in the lifeThis is a customer-facing role. You will be required to travel to client locations and deliver professional services as needed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
- Familiarity with one of the following programming languages: Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, C#, or C++, and familiarity with Networking fundamentals, Security, Databases (Relational and/or NoSQL), Operating Systems (Unix, Linux, and/or Windows)
- Strong technical communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Implementation experience with AWS services
- Experience working with the DevOps tool chain, troubleshooting experience with QA, testing, helpdesk, IT support, or any technician or quality assurance type work.
- Passion for experiencing new technologies.
