Together with your team, you will support prestigious clients in the alternative investment fund industry in their day-to-day operations through fundcraft's proprietary platform. In the team, you will mainly be responsible for the timely delivery of transfer agency processes and other compliance-related matters via the fundcraft platform and you will be reporting to a Senior Associate or Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform your responsibilities in the daily fund operations of your team's assigned clients, according to the individual clients' needs.Execute your tasks within transfer agency processes on fundcraft's platform with a special focus on AML/KYC checks.Collect KYC information and prepare it for review and approval under guidance of our Compliance team.Ensure that all transactions and investor records are filed and maintained efficiently and comprehensively on fundcraft's platform.Support and facilitate the liaison and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met.Deliver your input for responses to client queries, in a timely and efficient manner.Prepare and deliver your input for regulatory, client, and investor reporting.Support the processing and confirmation capital activities.Support new client onboarding & new fund launches to successful completion.Participate in the training and development activities and dive deep into the technological advances of fundcraft's proprietary platform.Support the continuous improvement of fundcraft's platform by acting as a "power user" and providing regular user feedback.Must-Have Experience / QualificationsDegree in law, compliance, finance, economics, business, or management
