Associate Accountant

Responsibilities: Manages cash flow and forecasting to ensure adequate funding for the company's operations by preparing daily and weekly Cash Position reports, providing monthly and quarterly Cash Forecasting, and ensuring all payments are properly funded.
Processes various authorized payments and handles cashiering functions such as bank payments, employee credits, sales invoice and deposits, and check releases.
Provides weekly cash bottoms up and manual bank balances, bank accounts, and signature listing in adherence to corporate reporting requirements.
Manages Intercompany and external (banks) loan.
Handles compliance with regulatory requirements such as statutory Audit, payment of final tax, Tax Treaty Relief Application, PEZA compliance, and government survey.
Performs month-end closing activities related to Treasury transactions.
Performs any other duties as may be assigned and required by the immediate superior.
Requirements: Graduate of bachelor's degree in accountancy or related field.
Detail-oriented with advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in relevant AI tools and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
High integrity and strong work ethics.
