We are seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Account Management I, to join our Treasury Services team in Madrid, Spain.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Provide support to small, non-complex client accounts, ensuring continued client satisfaction and listening for cues on client needs
Track and report on client metrics
Complete straight-forward requested tasks for assigned clients
Liaise with relevant operations contacts (internally and externally) to coordinate service to the client. Escalate relevant issues to senior team members or management
Assist with managing client inquiries and resolve problems within scope of knowledge
Gain understanding of the business environment of assigned clients.
To be successful in this role, we are seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
0-3 years of experience in Account Management or Client Service Delivery preferred
Strong team player
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Fluent in English and Spanish.
