The international nature of our business and global network of offices means that there are opportunities to broaden your life experiences and take both short-term or permanent relocation options.Job SpecificationAssist Managers and Senior Managers in closing deals.Administration and bookkeeping of the transactions.Setting of interest periods and reference interest rates applicable to each period.Ensure that client responsibilities are managed effectively and to agreed client, best practice, regulatory, and statutory deadlines.Calculate settlements / amounts to be paid by the borrowers and lenders in accordance to the agreements such as fees, interest, and principal repayments/redemptions.Management of the Loan Administration for different jurisdictions: UK, NY, Japan, and all jurisdictions with Loan Agency needs.Management of communications to be delivered to the borrowers and the different Loan Admin departments, according to the financing agreements.Coordinate, organize, and participate in meetings and conference calls required by the day-to-day management of the Agency.Coordinate, manage, and register the communications and issues raised among borrowers, lenders, obligors, and advisers of the financing.Execution of the instructions to make payments of interest and principal from the borrower to the lenders on each payment date.Training and direct support to different jurisdictions.Cooperate with the IT team in developing in-house software.Management and coordination of Syndicated Guarantees Facilities and Factoring Facilities.
