The founder of this global creative brand based in Barcelona is looking for a dynamic Assistant to support his Executive Assistant managing his busy personal and business life.
As his second Assistant, you will coordinate a busy diary and manage a lot of personal support for the founder and his family, who have just moved to Barcelona.
Ideally, it will suit someone who has perhaps worked in 5* luxury hospitality or a yacht/concierge business and is used to being highly service-oriented and excellent at multi-tasking.
This role will probably suit a Junior PA who has between 6 months and two years of experience. You will also need to be tech-savvy and used to calendar management.
You will need to be totally fluent in English (first language) and Spanish.
The role is fantastic and highly diverse; you will sometimes be based at the family home but mostly working from the office (five days a week in the office).
It will suit a bright graduate who is highly creative in how they work, a self-starter, and has bags of initiative.
As Assistant to the EA, you will need to be someone who shows interest in coming up with ideas and solutions and knows how to be inquisitive and find things.
The founder is often traveling, so it will suit someone who can work at pace and cope with a changing diary and lots of scheduling.
You will also need excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence, being able to pass on information where relevant and to the point.
The role is fast-paced and will suit someone who is a self-starter who can work fast and accurately and assimilate and pass on information concisely.
