As Assistant Strategy & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to create actionable insights to grow our business by identifying growth opportunities, detecting relevant insights for brand building, and nourishing innovation journeys.
Your main responsibilities will be: To ensure we collect the right brand playground and marketing inputs to correctly measure equity & advertising performance.To extract main actionable insights to impact brand building.Extract main insights within brand & benefit territories from social listening tools.To assist in key research projects in Dairy functional brands to Senior Functionals S&I manager (from research set up stage to main takeouts stage).To conduct, from end to end, some research projects for a specific part of the Dairy portfolio (briefing with business team, proposal with agency, all research processes, and conclusions stage).To be a clear contributor in the manifesto brands creation by uncovering deep & meaningful insights & tensions for each brand audience.Key role in the innovation process by identifying pain points, insights, and needs in brand audiences to inspire innovation projects.To fuel creative development through powerful insights and tensions of brand audiences. About you
To be successful in this role you have to have:Education: Studies in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Market Research, or similar.Experience: 1 to 2 years working in an insights agency or insights department in a company.
Knowledge and experience in PowerBI will be a plus.Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.Soft skills: Open-minded and curious, assertiveness, good communication skills, leadership, results-oriented.Functional skills: Analytical skills, knowledge of different research tools such as social listening, agile tools, Euromonitor/global data, Mintel, and quantitative research (equity trackers, advertising trackers, advertising pretest, U&A).
