You will be responsible for some Equity & advertising performance tools and some research projects within Dairy brands scope.Your main responsibilities will be:To ensure we collect right brand playground and marketingt inputs to correctly measure equity & advertising performance.To extract main actionable insights to impact on brand building.Extract main insights within brand & benefit territories from social listening tools.To assist in some key research projects in Dairy functional brands to Senior Functionals S&I manager (from research set up stage to main take outs stage).To conduct, from end to end, some research projects for specific part of Dairy portfolio (briefing with business team, proposal with agency, all research process and conclussions stage).To be a clear contributor in the manifesto brands creation by uncovering deep & meaningful insights & tensions for each brand audience.Key role in innovation process by identifying pain points, insights and needs in brand audiences to inspire inno projects.To fuel creative development through powerful insights and tensions of brand audiences.About youTo be successful in this role you have to have:Education: Studies in Statistics, Sociology, Economics, Psychology, Market Research, or similar.Experience: 1 to 2 years working in a insights agency or insights department in a company.
