Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in his/her daily work.Be the main responsible for the team, the store, and its performance in the absence of the Store Manager.Drive store operations, including the store environment, retail policies, and staff administration.Ensure the store's visual presentations and merchandising meet company standards.Contribute to store performance and achieve sales targets by creating new processes and implementing new ideas.Support in training and developing the team, ensuring individuals have a clear understanding of GANT goals and objectives.Contribute to constant team development through our learning platform, GANT Academy.Qualifications: Experience working as a Retail Sales Assistant / Assistant Store Manager, preferably within a fashion premium brand.Experience in sales and customer service.Experience in recruitment and selection processes; coaching and developing teams is a plus.Analytical and results-oriented (at least 1 year working with KPIs is mandatory).Great leadership skills and interest in developing teams.Excellent communication skills.Structured and organized.Flexible and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.Fluent in English, and preferably more languages such as French.
