Diesel is a truly worldwide organization, present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores.Paseo De Gracia Barcelona Flagship – we are recruiting the Assistant Store Manager.The candidate we are looking for will partner with the Store Manager and be co-responsible for the achievement of commercial targets of the Flagship Store, by maximizing the business potential of the store in line with the Company strategy.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport the Store Manager in driving the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client.Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment.Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives.Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes.Actively engage in the wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative, and approachable environment.Empower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spirit.Build and maintain relationships by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset.RequirementsAt least 2 years of previous experience in a managerial role in a modern Luxury retail environment.Confidence and proven track record in team management.Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets.Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity.Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.Previous experience in managing complex store operations.Digitally aware and open to new ways of working.Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients.Passion for Diesel Brand, product, and heritage.Language proficiency: Spanish and English are mandatory.
