Therefore, we are looking for a new Assistant Store Manager who will be responsible, together with the Store Manager, for managing the teams and points of sale in their area of operation. Most importantly, they will be a great ambassador of the brand image and values, enjoying the journey of making history with HOFF.Your key responsibilities will include:Sales Strategy: Collaborating with the Store Manager and the rest of the team, you will craft an elegant sales strategy, accounting for high work periods and seasonal fluctuations, while continuously refining sales processes.Customer Experience: As an HOFF ambassador, you will create an unparalleled and memorable customer experience in the store, discerning clients' needs, guiding their purchases, and addressing any concerns with finesse.Team Coordinator: You will be part of the store management and will need to collaborate in organizing work schedules and shifts, conducting briefings to analyze KPIs and objectives, establishing action plans, and motivating the team to work at full energy.Operations Control: In collaboration with the head office team, you will oversee replenishment and stock control, ensuring the store is impeccably stocked at all times. Furthermore, you will maintain the store's visual appearance to the highest standards, adhering to established guidelines and ensuring compliance with policies.What qualifications are we seeking?Education: A bachelor's degree in fashion, Business or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Experience: A minimum of 3 years as an Assistant Store Manager, ideally within premium brands.Language Skills: Some level of Spanish is highly desirable, though not a strict requirement.Trend Awareness: An inherent sensitivity for our products and staying current with the latest trends.Communication and Team Management Skills: Exceptional communication and team management skills are essential.And last but not least, you must have a hunter profile, with an entrepreneurial mindset, great ambition, and a drive to make things happen.Why should you seize this opportunity?We are an international brand with a perspective towards success.
