Assistant Store Manager

We are looking for a passionate and sales-driven Assistant Store Manager with strong experience in retail to join our amazing ECI Lisboa W team!

The candidate must have exceptional customer service skills and a strong sense of fashion, plus the ability to maximize sales through strong communication skills, knowledge of the industry, and enthusiasm for identifying with clients.

Responsibilities:Assist the Store Manager in the smooth running of the store on a daily basis.Demonstrate excellent commercial knowledge and visual merchandising skills.Maintain a strong customer service and sales focus.Analyze performance and implement new improvement strategies.Motivate and manage team tasks and performance.Prioritize tasks, delegate, and meet deadlines effectively.Focus on staff training and development.Manage stock (loss prevention and organization) and follow-up on replenishment requests.Exhibit ambition and passion for retail sales and fashion.Utilize Microsoft Office skills.Possess tailoring knowledge. You should have experience in assisting the Store Manager by performing related duties and demonstrate a proven sales-driven attitude and people skills.
Team management experience is essential to support your team members in improving their performance through effective communication of job expectations and monitoring their achievements.

Training experience and an interest in coaching, advising, and leading team members are also important.
You should have commercial interests in developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards.
