El candidato ideal debe de cumplir las siguientes caracteristicas imprescindibles: - Experiencia previa como Assistant Store Manager en Retail; Premiun o lujo a partir de 5 años. - Asesoramiento al cliente y garantizar que se cumplen los estándares establecidos. - Garantizar la fidelización al cliente y experiencia de compra. - Entender, analizar y comunica informes comerciales, resultados al equipo y toma de decisiones para lograr los KPIS establecidos. - Conocimiento del producto y de la marca y asegurar la formación del equipo. - Optimizar la exposición del producto junto a Visual Merchandising y el Store Manager. - Garantizar que las instalaciones de la tienda están en perfecto estado. Incorporación ideal: Mediados de Enero 2024. What you can expect:In your role as an Assistant Store Manager, you act as an inspirational role model and support the Store Manager to monitor and manage all store areas and team members in the KPI achievement with a tireless drive to deliver excellent customer service.
