Who are we looking for:
As an Assistant Store Construction Manager, you are expected to assist the Project Manager in planning and executing building construction and renovation projects.

Assist Manager review of Plans and specifications, from design development (DD) to for Construction drawings (FCD).
Assist Project Manager for quality workmanship on the ongoing and completed works of his assigned project and on the supervision of making good defects prior to turnover and acceptable.
Responsible to implement the system & procedures of the Department.
Handles work deliverable of QA team and ensure that Speed, Quality, and Cost are met.
Qualify and review recommendations of warranted change or variation orders from the General Contractor 1 & 2.
Strictly responsible for the implementation of ALFAMART Policy Guidance.
Preferably can operate a motor vehicle, with LTO Drivers' License codes.

What does it take to be part of the team?

Must be a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field with PRC License.
At least 2-3 years of working experience related to civil engineering preferably in commercial projects or commercial spaces.
Knowledgeable in DD and FCD.
Can easily learn the Company Policy for strict implementation.
Leadership skills.
Keen to detail and well-organized.
Willing to be assigned in: SILANG, CAVITE
