More than ten years ago, I dared to imagine the first French fashion brand to be born online... Les Composantes, which has since become Sézane. My priorities haven't changed since then: to innovate and to put people, creativity, quality, respect and service at the heart of everything we do.
To continue to co-construct the next chapter and beyond, we are looking for creative, organized and agile talents, who share our passion to perpetually improve all that can be. Sézane is a playground which resembles no other, your job today won't be the same as yesterday, and probably nothing like tomorrow. If that appeals to you, we can't wait to hear from you!
We are looking for an Assistant Stock Manager (M/F) for the opening of our future store in Madrid planned in December (integration as soon as possible).
Your missions are the following:
Ensure efficient stock management:
Master Sézane policies, standards and procedures
Participate in the organization of storage spaces
Receive, integrate and store regular deliveries
Ensure the management of Customer returns, defective/retouching/pressing
Assist in ordering consumables and other miscellaneous purchases for the Apartment
Make the customer the priority of the apartment
Have a good knowledge of the stock in order to meet Customer expectations as efficiently as possible
Respond to the needs of the sales team by bringing them the parts requested by the customers on the floor
Carefully carry out inventories (weekly, rotating, global)
Oversee the processing of incoming and outgoing inventory
Ensure the daily supply of the Apartment and the perfect storage of reserves
Assist in planning the various deliveries and collection changes
Isolate new products for the implementation of new collections
Ensure the proper management of after-sales service (processing and reimbursement)
Ensure packages are sent for repair
Integrate, scan and store the Click & Collect
Check pending Click & Collect orders (refund, return, customer follow-up)
Assist managing and developing your team:
Participate in planning the organization of the stock team
Integrate new employees
Assist in staff training on inventory management
Contribute to the creation of a positive and harmonious work environment
Make suggestions to improve procedures
Set clear goals and track them
Develop the skills of your team
Regularly report stock issues to the Retail team
You have an eye for detail and inventory management has no secrets for you. You understand the challenges of Retail and do not hesitate to adapt quickly and efficiently. Priority and time management don't scare you. Committed, motivated and proactive, you lead by example and know how to train a team.
