The assistant will collaborate in the management and reservation of spaces for the curricular and non-curricular activities of all types of programs and other academic and non-academic activities of IE.

Responsibilities: Reception and registration of all requests for reservations of the IE activity.
Handling requests and emails and responding on time.
Attention to applicants, facilitating the most suitable space options for their needs.
Allocation of spaces based on the department's guidelines and IE's strategic objectives.
Support in the routine processes of the department to achieve its objectives.
Qualifications: Fluency in English and Spanish (written and oral).
Strong organizational capacity.
Planning and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
