Job DescriptionAssists the Manager regarding agenda, correspondence, announcements, analyses, etc. Supports Management Team regarding agenda, meeting notes, correspondence, and organizing activities. Arranges business trips and organizes all kinds of meetings and celebrations, e.g., jubilee.

What You Will DoMaintain agendas of the Manager and execute standardized correspondence correctly and in timeSecure confidentiality of data and documentation archivingPrepare and execute travel cost budgetOrganize business trips and hotel reservations in the most cost-effective wayOrganize in- and external activities, e.g., (customer) visits, lunch/dinner, jubilee, etc.Execute all kinds of secretary activities, e.g., reservation of meeting roomsMaintain and update internal local communication, e.g., billboards, etc.Participate in (inter)national communication network if necessary and maintain and update the webpage on EssentialsWho You AreUniversity degree or equivalentMastery in Microsoft 365, especially in PowerPoint & ExcelStrong communication skillsAbility to work autonomouslyWhat We Can Offer YouOur purpose, Breaking Barriers to Well-being, provides meaning to everything we do.
