Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing:Assist with the daily activities and planning for outlet operationEnsure quality of all food items, ingredients and preparation methodsControl labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash controlAttend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departmentsObserve physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as neededDisplay a friendly, helpful and cheerful attitude while communicating effectively with our guests and fellow colleaguesEnforce and adhere to the laws related to health & hygiene, safety & environmental policies as well as company rules and regulationsReport any health & safety concerns or incidents to management in order to minimize risk and maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for all guests and colleaguesListen actively and respond to guest feedback as well as assess and review guest satisfaction results and trends to continuously improve and exceed guest expectationsHelp with preparations of special events when neededEnsure compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands-on managementQualificationsDiploma in Hotel Management or HospitalityFood Hygiene and HACCP Certificate3 years' experience in the food and beverage or related professional areaMinimum 2 years of supervisory experienceWorked in a fast pace, high turnover organizationStrong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPointExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishFluency in SpanishAdditional Information
