Reporting into the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in leading the daily Food and Beverage operation for our All-Day Dining Restaurant and will create an exciting concept for our rooftop restaurant, in cooperation with the 3 Michelin Star Chef Dani Garcia, while ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.Responsibilities:Selection, talent management, and development of our Food and Beverage team.Being visible in the operation ensuring we are recognizing our guests and cultivating new guest relationships.Working closely with the Restaurant Manager to plan and develop menus and wine lists.Controlling expenses through effective planning, budgeting, and purchasing decisions.Policy making and inventory control.Ensuring our guests receive the highest levels of service excellence.Our Ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have:Our ideal Assistant Restaurant Manager will have a special talent and passion for ensuring you and your team deliver the highest of standards consistently and ensuring that our food offering is at the center of our guest experience.
