While being responsible when the Residence Manager is not on the property, ensuring all aspects of the residence continue running smoothly. ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Residence Manager here is a snapshot of what you will do;Use your upbeat, outgoing personality to lead, mentor and guide the team to ensure that the residence is running smoothlyFollow up on all sales opportunities and ensure the property is at capacity through short term and long term letsDrive sales and marketing activities to ensure the residences are full and all marketing channels have been utilised to their full potentialYou have exceptionally high standards, and this is reflected in the overall presentation of the property, you will manage this through regular inspections and working with the facilities teamManage 'the good' and turn around the 'not so good' - meaning you will handle complaints and offer excellent customer service to your studentsMaintain and develop relationships with key players at the local universities, as well as internal and external suppliers – again here is that winning personality!Be a smooth operator and ensure the smooth running of the operational calendar and student lifecycle from arrival, departure, and summer turn aroundQualificationsSound good so far?
