Ensure accurate tracking of all items received and issued Ensure proper communication with the Food and Beverage Department with regards to inventory levels and management.
Maintain staff motivation and develop strong channels of communication, through department meetings, one-on-ones and on the job trainings.
Train, develop and work side-by-side with our employees, ensuring they have necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties; Receive products, checking weights, cost, quantity and quality.
Prepare daily food and beverage orders and order all products through Birchstreet
