#BELIMITLESS Job Description Conducts negotiations with suppliers and contractors to obtain the best possible price.
Coordinates with the requesting department all product specifications, lead time and other details pertaining to the requested product.
Ensures quotation and supplier accreditation files are complete and accurate and all food deliveries are compliant with the food safety standards of the Hotel.
Qualifications Graduate of a degree in Accounting, Engineering, Hospitality Management or any related field.
Minimum of two (2) years experience in a similar capacity in a luxury hotel.
Strong leadership skills to motivate, train and supervise a team of employees.
Experience with computer software relevant to purchasing operations and Microsoft Office applications.
