About Crag CRAG is an independent research institution engaged in leading-edge basic and applied plant and farm animal sciences.
CRAG is established as a Consortium of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), Institute of Agrifood Research and Technology (IRTA), Autonomous University of Barcelona (UAB), and University of Barcelona (UB).
The Center is located at the UAB Campus, and currently hosts 200 members from across the world.Research Programs at CRAG (from basic science to applied research using plant experimental model systems, crops and farm animals) make extensive use of genomic technologies and large sets of genetic and genomic data.
Responsibilities Support in the administrative duties regarding management and monitoring of grants, in particular, financial justification.
Support in the compilation of documentation for requirements and grant's justifications.
Support in the monitoring and control of the AGenT postdoctoral program, an MSCA-COFUND program co-financed by the European Commission.
Any other task related to what is described above that contributes to the support of the projects and internationalization area.
Requirements Educational requirements:Vocational/professional training (included ongoing) as a minimum level.
Skills IT skills (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Precise, with attention to details, and well organized.
Proactive, flexible, and with a problem-solving attitude.
Fluent in Spanish and English Intermediate Level (B1).
Additional Skills Specific training in project management or SAP Business One software will be positively evaluated.
Previous experience in administrative tasks will be positively evaluated.
Good level in Catalan.
Experience Previous experience is not essential, but valuable.
However, experience in similar tasks, particularly SAP Business One software, will be considered.
Working Conditions Contract Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension.Hours/week: full time (37.5 h/week)Possibility of remote work 3 days per week after a 3 months period from the starting date.
