The Department of Business Economics at the University of Balearic Islands in Spain invites applications for full-time faculty positions at the level of tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor in Business Economics , Management , Finance , Marketing , and Accounting . To be considered for the position, candidates must have completed their PhD with a dissertation in one of the areas listed above by the end of May 2025.
Our department is growing and seeking talented applicants with a strong potential for research excellence and high-quality teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, mainly in Business Administration and Tourism Management. Additional information about the department is available on our website at http://dee.uib.eu . Since most teaching at the University is either in Spanish or in Catalan, the ability to teach in at least one of these languages is expected after two years.
