We are the same organization, ownership, leadership, and staff, but now we have a name that more clearly demonstrates the breadth of Hitachi compressed air solutions, product lines and innovation that both Sullair and Hitachi bring to the market.What you'll be doingThe Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing processes to help achieve our vision of flawless execution in our tactical marketing efforts. This multi-tasking role will drive process development and improvement throughout all marketing communications efforts supporting the Channel, Marketing Manager & Aftermarket Manager EMEA/CIS. The role will manage and coordinate activities through all internal and external communication channels, as well as with internal and external business partners, including advertising agencies and trade show houses. Working closely with the marketing teams globally, the chosen candidate will create compelling content, oversee campaigns, enhance performance, and continuously analyze data to improve outcomes.Social Media Management:Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.Create compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to target audience segments.Schedule and publish social media posts within deadline, monitor comments and messages, and engage with the community promptly.Track and analyze social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.Digital Marketing Campaigns:Collaborate with the PR and Marketing agency to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, newsletters, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives
