Sullair was one of the first to execute rotary screw technology in our air compressors, and our machines are well-known throughout the world for their legendary durability. Our products empower our customers to focus on their processes, grow their businesses, and better serve their customers.

What you'll be doing
The Assistant Marketing Manager will be responsible for organizing and executing processes to help achieve our vision of flawless execution in our tactical marketing efforts. This multi-tasking role will drive process development and improvement throughout all marketing communications efforts supporting the Channel, Marketing Manager & Aftermarket Manager EMEA/CIS. The role will manage and coordinate activities through all internal and external communication channels, as well as with internal and external business partners, including advertising agencies and trade show houses. Working closely with the marketing teams globally, the chosen candidate will create compelling content, oversee campaigns, enhance performance, and continuously analyse data to improve outcomes.
Social Media Management:

Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Create compelling content for social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored to target audience segments.
Schedule and publish social media posts within deadline, monitor comments and messages, and engage with the community promptly.
Track and analyse social media metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the PR and Marketing agency to plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, newsletters, display advertising, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Create engaging and persuasive copy for digital ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to drive conversions and achieve campaign objectives.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and optimise campaigns to maximize ROI.
Stay current with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques to identify new opportunities for campaign success.

Content Creation and Management:

Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for digital channels, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats working with our PR and Marketing agency.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all digital platforms.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content requirements, develop content calendars, and execute content plans effectively.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and marketing automation platforms.
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), campaign effectiveness, audience insights, and competitor analysis.
Utilise data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement, make data-backed recommendations, and optimize digital marketing efforts.

Co-Marketing and Co-Branding Initiatives:

Collaborating with channel partners on marketing campaigns. This can involve joint advertising efforts, co-branded marketing materials, shared trade show appearances, and other collaborative marketing activities.

Ability and willingness to travel to tradeshows, company events or customer sites.
What you bring to the team
We're looking for a team player, who is motivated by delivering great work and the Hitachi vision. The role will be a mixture of remote-hybrid work with occasional visits to the office when required. This role is opened in multiple locations - UK, Poland, Italy, Spain.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and background:

Bachelor's degree in marketing.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong desire for serving customers & good team player.
Proficiency in IT required.
Highly motivated with ability to plan and execute goals.
