We are looking for an Assistant Manager (M/F) for the opening of our future store in Madrid planned in December (integration as soon as possible).
As an Assistant Manager (M/F), your missions will be the following:
Ensure a unique customer experience within your boutique
Customer Experience strategy
Animate the customer journey by relying on a team of ambassadors
Optimize the quality of the service at each stage of the customer journey
Convey information and promote personalization services to advisors and customers
Embody brand values and ensure omnichannel at all times
Customer knowledge
Manage customer satisfaction using various tools, implementing dedicated action plans
Develop customer loyalty and along with creating new relationships
Explore the customer database (clienteling and management of dissatisfaction)
Recruit, retain and follow up of all team members
Operational Marketing
Guarantee the performance of the address through animations or events
Deploy and supervise all programming while ensuring compliance with the image and guidelines transmitted by the head office marketing team
Be a force of proposal on the creation of animations and events specific to the address as a place of life and sharing
Managing and developing your team
Lead and develop a team of sales advisors dedicated to the welcome, Operational Marketing and Concierge departments
Manage your team by motivating them and creating a positive and harmonious work environment
Foster cooperation within the team and between team leaders
Integrate new employees
Supervise and increase the skills of your team through floor coaching, feedback and annual performance interviews
Propose and set up, in conjunction with the training manager, continuing education and coaching courses for sales advisers
Demonstrate managerial courage to support its employees
Disseminate and circulate information
Have a 360 vision: ensure that you always optimize your team organization in a process of continuous improvement
Guarantee the brand image
Be responsible for the incarnation of the brand by the team (Uniform / Attitude)
Ensure the good maintenance of the apartment
Participate in the correct integration of the collections and ensure follow-up
Ensure the maintenance of high level of visual merchandising throughout the day
Ensure that business opportunities are maximized through effective store management
Follow fashion trends, ensure competitive intelligence
Coordinate or participate in the planning of in-store marketing events
Be responsible for operations and efficiency in the Concierge
Guarantee an optimal customer experience for omnichannel (online services)
Master Sézane Policies, Rules and Procedures
Apply and enforce the operational processes
Manage specific back of house processes (returns, exchanges, holds, after sale services etc.)
Train Employees in the specific processes of the Concierge
Requirements
Passionate about retail, you want to satisfy your customers through your sense of service and your generosity.
You are recognized for your communicational ease, your pronounced taste for customer relations and your sense of service. With excellent managerial skills, you favor efficiency and organization in an agile environment. You like leading teams: between 10 and 30 people.
We are looking for an autonomous person, with a sparkling and dynamic personality to carry out all these missions.
