col-wideJob Description:AMW Capital Leasing and Finance PLC is a finance company registered under the central bank of Sri Lanka and a subsidiary company of AMW Group which is a leading corporate entity in Sri Lanka and the sole distributor for several world renowned automobiles and related brands, under the umbrella of Al-Futtaim Group, Dubai UAE.AMW Capital Leasing currently comprises of 22 branches and is in the process of expanding its network to serve our customers better***Key Requirements**- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.- Partly qualification in CA/ACCA up to final level.- Minimum of 4 - Year experience in internal auditing in a bank/finance company or reputed audit firm.- Strong understanding of internal control concepts and risk management.- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and auditing standards.- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.**Key Duties and Responsibilities**- Assist in planning and executing internal audits in accordance with approved audit plans and standards.- Conduct detailed audits of financial, operational, and compliance processes to identify potential risks and control deficiencies.- Prepare audit workpapers, findings, and recommendations for management review.- Collaborate with department heads and process owners to develop effective action plans for addressing audit findings and contribute to the development and enhancement of audit programs and procedures.- Assist in the preparation of audit reports and presentations for senior management and the Audit Committee and provide support in conducting special investigations or ad-hoc projects as needed.
