Support assigned channels, giving support to Retail Spain & Portugal + Away from home KAM.• Correspondence with commercial, pricing and logistics partners as well with HQ Madrid and HQ Belgium.
• Maintenance of customer master data/hierarchies, prices and conditions (SAP).
• Order processing and coordination (SAP) in coordination with the logistics department and key account management.
• Provision of relevant sales/sales reports and special analyses. Support KAM and Sales Manager team with logistic and other admin related workload.
• Support in the preparation of customer appointments and presentations, as well as maintenance, tracking and evaluation of promotional agreements. Excellent management of rebates, spending and accruals within clients.
• Independent maintenance, billing and documentation of condition agreements as well as responsibility for customer-specific invoice control & keeping track of open orders.
• Customer-specific complaint management. Establishing solid network with backoffice with our national and regional clients.
• Teamwork with Customer Service team in order to ensure excellence with pricing, orders and rebates issues.
• Support with other HR team topics: meal vouchers, holidays, fleet management, malls' entrance etc.
• Ensuring communication and building bridges with all team areas, especially with sales and logistics.
Profile• Degree or Grado Superior, Admin or commercial training. Experience at least 5 years within admin & commercial roles.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
• Solid English skills min B2 and C2 Spanish. Valuable Portuguese.
• Valuable experience in the FMCG/Retail sector.
• Very good commercial understanding with capacity to think and act as partner for sales teams.
• Enjoyment of organization coupled with commitment and hands-on mentality.
• Very good communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
