IE University is looking for an Assistant to provide support in HR administration and accounting tasks.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position based in Madrid - IE Tower.
Responsibilities:

Accounting of HR expenses: payroll and invoices of social benefits
Control and monitoring of invoices, payments, notes, transfers, and bookkeeping
Issuance of bank transfers and control of bank movements
Maintenance of the HR database: entries, departures, incidents, and archives
Preparation of periodic reports
Application of established policies
Provide widespread support to the Department

Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Education in HR, Accounting or related field.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Experience in accounting.
Experience in Microsoft AX Dynamics would be a plus.
High level of Microsoft Excel and database management.
High analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail.
