Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business, support the management team, and execute administrative tasks with competent, dynamic, and friendly skills.You'll specifically take care of:Acting as the point of contact between the Top ManagementHandling requests and queries appropriatelyMaintaining professional and personal agenda, arranging meetings and appointments, and providing remindersProducing reports, presentations, and briefsDeveloping and carrying out an efficient documentation and filing systemTravel management; Creation and end-to-endmanagement of all travels in relation with the travel agency and management of VISA processes and expense claimsInvoice management; Suppliers creation, purchase orders creation, and follow-up with suppliers and accounting department with managing expensesSupporting logistics organization for Executive & HR seminarsMaintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actionsMaintaining computer system by updating and entering data/Creating and distributing documentsServing as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administratorsTaking charge of all Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders, including managing external vendor queriesAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
