About the roleYou will work with our Front Office Manager leading the Front Office, Telephone, and Bell and Door teams to provide exceptional levels of service for our Guests.
You will ensure that standards and procedures are being followed to continually improve the guest experience and maximize the performance of the hotel.
You will be in charge of implementing new procedures to boost your team's productivity,creating an environment where your teams feel appreciated and developed and will bring new ideas of how to improve service levels in your division.
