Assistant Event Coordinator

Company Description: MBS is a DMC located in Mallorca and working in the Balearic islands, specialized in incentives and corporate groups, Congresses, and high-end private events.Role Description: This is a Full-Time, 8 months/year, on-site role for an Assistant Event Coordinator located in Palma.
The Assistant Event Coordinator will assist in organizing and coordinating events, providing logistical and administrative support to the event team, communicating with clients and vendors, and ensuring that events run smoothly.Qualifications:High level of German and English is IMPERATIVE.
