Job Description:

The Assistant Event Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events, both in-person and virtual. This role involves working closely with the Event Coordinator to ensure smooth event operations, manage logistics, and create memorable experiences for attendees.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and organization of events, including exhibitions, workshops, and networking events.Manage event timelines and ensure deadlines are met.Communicate with vendors, partners, and participants to confirm event details.Help with event registration, guest lists, and attendee communication.Assist in preparing post-event reports and analyzing event outcomes.Manage inventory of event supplies and materials.
