Overview:
Are you interested in joining a dynamic and international team of professionals to transform education? The IE Center for Diversity in global management at the IE Foundation is looking for an Assistant to the center as well as to assist its Saudi Spanish Center for Islamic Economics and Finance (Scief) (https://scief.es/). The assistant will coordinate projects and carry out administrative tasks providing executive, administrative and development support to the team. The Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to both Centers.

We are looking for a person to join a full-time position in Madrid.
Responsibilities:
Your role as Assistant will involve:
Administration and reporting:
Coordinate with the admin department and follow up on invoices and payments.
Coordinate with the travel department for arranging trips for the Management team.
Coordinate with other IE departments.
Coordinate with suppliers (web developers, etc).
Maintain and organize files.
Manage and maintain the database of SCIEF contacts and stakeholders.
Responsible for managing the customer service emails at SCIEF and Center for Diversity.
Support on the organization of the annual SCIEF Board meeting.
Elaborate Center's annual activity reports and collaborate on other internal documents.
Project Coordination:
Support on projects and events organized by both centers.
Marketing and content creation:
Create content in English for social media, website, brochures and other marketing materials.
Elaborate bi-annual newsletters.
Update websites, blogs and social media.
Create other marketing materials like banners, graphics, etc.
Support on preparing presentations and materials needed for conferences and events at both centers.
Support marketing activities and email communication management.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Fluency in both English and Spanish, and good communication skills (verbal and written).
Good communication and interpersonal skills with customers and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in Canva or other graphic design tools.
Knowledge of email marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of WordPress (for updating content on websites).
IT savvy.
Previous experience using Travex, Cytric AMEX travel and CRM will be an asset.
Previous experience in Executive or Personal Assistant roles would be valuable.
Previous experience in Event Management will be valuable.
Strong organizational skills.
Proactive attitude.
A good team player.
Knowledge or interest in the financial sector and in sustainability.
Multicultural experience or sensitivity.
