About the role of the Assistant Director of Engineering of Residences: The candidate will be required to effectively oversee the day to day operations of the Engineering Residences and HOA's and support the Director of Engineering in all aspects of the Residences' operations.
What you will do: Excellent understanding of Month-End Process including, but not limited to, preparation of financial statements, accruals and journal entries. Budget and Forecast preparation.Assist with the execution of the annual Engineering operations plan.Prepare reviews and development plans and take appropriate personnel-related action (i.e. hire, commend, discipline, evaluate, etc.).Resolve residents' complaints, handling all interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
