- CMDB of CSU Torrejón in support of our customer CAOC TJ. The CMDB is composed of network diagrams and rack layouts, among other documentation. - The IWC will be responsible for controlling the mobile phone lines and terminals and acting as software license manager for the CSU.Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required:Mandatory:Practical experience in Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM) as described in ITIL.Practical experience in creating and editing IT drawings in MS Visio.Practical experience as license manager.
