Assistant Ca Manager

We're looking for an Assistant CA Manager to join our dynamic team in Palma, Mallorca.This role is ideal for someone passionate about yachting who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support our CA Managers in delivering exceptional service and maintaining operational efficiency.If you're driven, a strong communicator, and eager to build a career in the luxury yacht industry, this role is a great step forward.
Responsibilities: Support CA Managers in operational tasks.
Maintain exceptional service delivery.
Assist in managing charter destinations and client interactions.
Minimum Requirements: Experience in the yachting industry or luxury hospitality preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of charter destinations, yachts, and luxury service standards.
Proficiency in CRM and yacht charter management software.
Fluent in English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Dutch, Italian, German) are a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Availability to attend yacht shows, events, and client meetings.
Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering outstanding service to high-net-worth clients.
