Assistant Buyer

Our client, a subsidiary company of a multinational manufacturer of perfumery and cosmetic products, located in Mollet, needs to incorporate: ASSISTANT BUYER The Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for purchasing administration processes, creating purchase orders, communicating with vendors, and assisting in procurement tasks.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Purchase order management.
Supplier attention.
Monitor accounts payable.
Facility handling with service suppliers.
Freight Invoice verification.
Messenger service.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimal 2 years experience in purchasing administration role of Personal Care.
English Level C1 / Needs to have high level of English in speaking and writing.
Preferable residence in Vallès Oriental/Occidental.
SKILLS: Communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
