ResponsibilitiesUpdate receivables by checking deposits on Ria's bank accounts.Contact agents in case of lack of payment and try to recover the due amount as soon as possible.Attend calls of agents wanting to update their account and review their financial situation with the company.QualificationsMinimum A-level education; degree in a financial discipline is an advantage.Experience in a call center would also be valuable.Excellent oral and written communication skills in French (and English or Spanish).Team player.Detail-oriented and accurate.Ability to be flexible and adaptable when working in a fast-paced, often pressurized environment.
