You will be responsible for supporting the hotel's accounting and financial tasks, ensuring compliance with current tax and accounting regulations, as well as collaborating with the purchasing department in the management and control of acquisitions. You will play a key role in the recording, control, and reconciliation of financial transactions, as well as in the verification of supplier invoices and inventory control, facilitating management decision making.
Responsibilities and functionsRecord financial transactions of the hotel in the accounting system (invoices, payments, receipts, etc.).Perform bank and account reconciliations.Manage and control operating expenses, ensuring their correct allocation.Support internal and external audit.Supervise compliance with accounting and tax policies.Assist in the implementation of improvements in accounting processes.Manage the filing and control of accounting documents.Collaborate with the purchasing department in the management of purchase orders and requests for materials.Verify that supplier invoices match purchase orders and goods receipts.Control the budget allocated for purchases and ensure the correct allocation of expenses.Follow up on orders and payments to suppliers.Support the inventory control process and the preparation of stock reports.Maintain an organised and up-to-date record of purchases made.Apply for the Position
