The Asset Management Department is responsible for the contract and stakeholder management (both internal and external), compliance, and business plan monitoring of a portfolio of renewable energy assets, mainly wind, solar, and hydro. It ensures that current and future portfolio activity is in line with the business plan while contractual obligations are fulfilled and regulatory & HSE compliance is maintained. Asset Management, jointly with Fleet Performance and Commercial Performance Departments, will also perform analysis to identify performance improvement opportunities.Key responsibilitiesImplements best practice asset management in the portfolio, working closely with other teams across RGBU Europe, RGBU Spain, and T&G Spain (Support Functions).Provides accurate and timely reporting of the Asset Portfolio.Builds, leads, and monitors business plans, budgets, capital projects, and other initiatives on existing assets.Ensures compliance across the portfolio with project contracts, HSE, regulation, and internal policies.Manages different stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure business continuity in Assets and Special Purpose Vehicles participated by ENGIE.Collaborates with O&M in the day-to-day works on the Assets.Represents and defends ENGIE's interests vis-à-vis external stakeholders.RequirementsIngeniero Industrial, de Minas, Ingeniero de la Energía (MASTER).At least 5 years in the renewable market, with experience in coordination and management of administrative and permitting processes.
