Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including subcontractors and insurers. Ensure compliance with all necessary permits and agreements for effective plant operation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with external parties. Systematic, structured approach with a proactive, self-motivated attitude. Relevant degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or similar, with additional financial or commercial training.
