Your opportunity We are now looking for an Asset Manager to join our Madrid office.
Asset Management Conduct market research using a big data analysis platform.
Analyse technically and financially the assets and propose reposition strategies to maximise the value.
Run asset models that support the asset investment and transformation.
Prepare and present decks & reports summarising the operation to investors and heads of asset management.
Business Development Provide support to CEO on the business development for the Company.
Assist the CEO on meetings with investors and ensuring clients.
Assist and represent Commuty on networking events and congresses.
Preferred experience At Commuty, we are looking for motivated, autonomous, and curious team players.
Individuals with a strong passion for what they do with a strong open-minded character.
Here are the must: A minimum of +2 years of proven experience in asset management working for an investment, asset management, or consultancy firm.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture strongly preferred.
Master in Business Administration/ Real Estate or extended training in Finance.
Fully fluent in English: oral and written communication skills.
Any additional working language, in particular German.
Qualifications Understanding of key real estate agreements including leases, purchase and sale agreements, management and leasing agreements, and loan agreements.
Knowledge of Spanish real estate markets.
Awareness of portfolio/projects goals and ability to develop and monitor specific plans for individual investments that contribute to these goals.
Ability to make presentations to senior management and clients, when necessary.
Strong interpersonal/communication skills.
Ability to work on a team and work independently.
Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability.
Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assets simultaneously.
You are comfortable working with multi-functional international teams in fast-changing digital industries.
