As an Asset Manager, you will oversee the performance and operational management of renewable energy assets (solar, wind, storage, and others) under Q ENERGY's responsibility, ensuring they deliver optimal results. This role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance with financial and HSE standards, and fostering relationships with stakeholders while supporting the long-term improvement of asset performance.
Lead the asset delivery process during construction and operation, ensuring quality standards. Negotiate, implement, and monitor Asset Management, O&M, and energy sales contracts (e.g., PPAs, grid connections). Manage SPV obligations, insurance claims, and relationships with key stakeholders, including financiers, landowners, and government entities. Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial assumptions, including OpEx and CapEx analysis. Validate invoices, manage penalties, and collaborate with finance teams to optimize economic performance.
