Asset Management Technician - [Wt882]

Description:
Position Objective: Manage the Asset management process:
Reporting
Gap analysis
Incident management
Coordination with provider and partner
Process automation
Functions & Responsibilities:
Daily liaison with AM partner
Daily maintenance of Snow DB
Tracking and follow-up of unidentified assets
Monthly, weekly and adhoc reporting
Automatic update of manual data
Fulfill GMS, Kevlar and other audit requests
Support the VSL process with custom reporting
Requirements:
Must Have Requirements:
At least 5 years in similar roles
Strong analytical skills
ITIL, CMDB, ISO20K knowledge
Good communication both in English and Spanish
Experience with automation tools
Nice to Have Requirements:
Sysadmin experience
Development experience
Knowledge of Snow or other SAM tool
Fluent in French or Italian
